BORN INTO THE LIGHT OF CHRISTMAS
YOU HAVE HAVE WITHIN YOU THE LIGHT OF CHRISTMAS
DID YOU KNOW? By the second trimester, long before a baby's eyes can see images, they can detect light.
Light-sensitive cells discovered to be active in the forming eye retina even before a child in the womb can distinguish images may play a larger role in the developing eye and brain than previously thought. Researchers have now discovered that these cells are electrically connected in a network that is able to detect light intensity, suggesting a larger role in development. And so "science" has discovered what we who love and obey God already knew for millennia...
Psalm 139:13-14
You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.
...researchers also found evidence that these developing light networks tune itself in a way that could adapt to the intensity of the light environment. Making it possible for our brains to receive and understand the light messages being sent in a relevant way.
In this same way the Lord has sent a Light into the world and built us in such a way that we can hear Him and see Him. He sent an everlasting Light that is able to be seen by all who seek Him no matter their age, knowledge, geography, or environment. He sent His Spirit into the world so that we can worship with Him in truth no matter who we are, or where we are. Jesus said: "I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Comforter, who will never leave you." (John 14:16) You don't need to go somewhere to find Him. You don't need to fulfill an ascetic requirement to receive Him. You won't find Him in some distant unreachable humanistic Nirvana destination. No volume of burned incense will conjure Him up, nor will you discover Him in multitudes of academic achievements. You can't found a revolution that will prop Him up. You won't be asked to vote, or revolt for His appreciation. The only way to make the way ready for Him is to confess our sin and He will cleanse us of all unrighteousness.
God is with us today to save us, so that we can be with Him. Heaven ready, with Him, in His house that he is preparing for us. We hear often that The Lord's name is Immanuel "God With Us". Are you with Him?
Are you ready to be with God?
The Holy Spirit resembles the light reflecting on the outer surfaces of an otherwise dark and lifeless form that is the innerworkings of the eye. There exists all that is within which supports the eye and preserves it for it's work, but without the light from without it is lifeless. THE SPIRIT IS AS NECESSARY TO MANKIND AS THE SON OF GOD. Two things are necessary to man's salvation: deliverance from the guilt, and from the power of sin. Christ Jesus was necessary for the first, AND the Spirit for the second. The Holy Spirit is a personal power, using the truth and making it effective in the minds and hearts of people who put their trust in Him. For all those who cast all of their care on Him.
Every baby, mommy and daddy, and every pregnancy is somewhat different, but most of a baby's inner ear structures form by week 16, allowing it to hear sound. A baby's eyes can "see" light starting around week 16 of life, their eyes aren't recognizable (as we "see" them) until about week 20. The eyes first open between weeks 26 and 28. A developing baby human child can see inside the womb. Their vision is rather blurry, but they sometimes respond (with a flutter of activity) to bright light sources like the sun or a flashlight pointed at a woman's belly.
God’s active act of creation, as described in Genesis 1, begins with those familiar words ‘Let there be light.’ An explosion of tiny sparks of zinc light erupts from the human egg at the exact moment of conception. Science can see it, measure it and in 2016, researchers at Northwestern University in Chicago were able to capture the miraculous moment that a sperm fertilizes an egg at the microscopic level. Their research stands as a witness of the burst of zinc light that takes place and sets into motion a new and unique life in her mother's womb.
May God Bless You Now And Forever.
